Shipping and ordering
At TEVEMA we ensure that all standard products are available from stock. This means that all products ordered before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day. When the products arrive depends on the location. In the Netherlands, TEVEMA usually delivers the standard range within one day.
We use a minimum order amount of € 25, -. Orders below the minimum order amount are automatically increased.
Delivery conditions: ex works
Packages up to 32 kg> €20 per package. For possibly. tracking packages €7.50.
Freight (pallet) shipments: Euro pallets (up to 500 kg) > €80,- and if necessary. tracking pallet €65,-.
Mini pallets (up to 150 kg) > €60,- and if necessary. follow pallet €55,-
*for combination orders (customer-specific springs and standard springs) that have to be delivered on different dates (partial deliveries), freight costs will be charged separately.
In Europe, in addition to the costs listed as shipping costs, no extra costs have been charged. The springs are delivered depending on the location where you are located. Thanks to our smart systems, you always receive the products from the nearest TEVEMA location at the webshop. All transportation cost are automaticly calculated.
When an order has to be delivered overseas outside the EU, TEVEMA will contact you to arrange shipping with you. You must arrange transport by sea and on land outside the country of origin yourself. In accordance with FAS. The incoterms can only be negotiable on specific customers with requirements and resources.

Track and trace
TEVEMA works together with GLS as a parcel delivery service. To keep you as well informed as possible, we send a track and trace from GLS with the order. As soon as your order is on its way, you will immediately receive an email from GLS.
Method of payment
You can always order your products through our webshop. You can request a quote for products where there is no standard price. Furthermore, payments via the webshop are always in advance. Would you rather make another appointment? Then you can simply contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment methods that are used include:
- On invoice (30 days Net)
- On prepayment (proforma invoice)
- Mister Cash
Complaints about technical springs
It can happen that the wrong technical spring has been ordered, or that something went wrong in the ordering process. TEVEMA has a period of ten working days for complaints, any returns must always be requested in advance via our sales department.
