Gas ejectors are used in stamping plates. With adjustable forces, gas ejectors help to pull out metal remnants automatically, thus avoiding delays in the stamping process. When retracting the die, the gas ejector acts as a spring-loaded wiper and prevents the metal remnants from coming up with the mould.

When the metal remnants of the workpiece are stamped, the gas ejector exerts an adjustable force on the metal remnants to push them to the bottom of the mould.

The nitrogen gas ejectors are available in multiple forces. These are linked to the forces they can deliver. Nitrogen gas ejectors have a stroke of up to 300 mm with forces between 10 and 150 bar, nitrogen gas ejectors are suitable for most ejection functions. The nitrogen gas ejectors are available in seven different models.

Gas ejectors improve the productivity and quality performance of the mould. Adjustable forces ensure that there is no damage to the mould due to excessive forces. Extended service life. Combined, this reduces production costs.

Nitrogen gas ejectors are threaded and have an M6 input. The advantage over a standard ejector is mainly that the loading pressure is adjustable. This makes the nitrogen gas ejectors easy to adapt to a new design or fine tune to reduce damage. All nitrogen gas ejectors are equipped with a round rod head for better absorption of radial forces.
