TEVEMA's specialty, custom made springs
In addition to standard springs, the TEVEMA spring factory can manufacture both large and small series of compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, leaf springs, wire forms, precision springs, medical springs and suspension springs and the like on customer specification. The range in which the TEVEMA spring factory supplies springs is from wire 0.0.3mm to 20 mm.

The production and transport of all our industrial springs complies with DIN, ISO and NEN guidelines, so that you are assured of safe springs.

A total package for the production of custom industrial springs
We offer our customers a total package when you need a specific tailor-made spring. This includes expert advice about the desired application, making the spring calculation and the production of the custom spring that suits this. In addition, we also supply prototypes so that you can first test the spring in the application you have in mind. Of course it is possible to adjust the tolerances of the industrial springs to your wishes. Some types are:

The production of a custom spring is carried out with the greatest precision, from a wire diameter of 0.03 mm up to and including 20 mm. We also supply custom tolerances on request. In addition, with us you can choose from various materials such as stainless steel 316, Ninomic, molybdenum, conifer, titanium and beryllium copper. All our springs are supplied in accordance with the well-known standards DIN, ISO and NEN.
